- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF22Q0032, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991- Septic Tank and Related Services, a small business size standard of $8 Million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 15 June 2022 at 4:00 PM EST. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be Fort Drum, on Iraqi Freedom Drive, Watertown, NY 13603. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Please see attached Performance Work Statement for full detail. The NH National Guard requires the following Service: CLIN 0001: Thirty Three (33) Portable Toilets, 1 JOB- Portable single stall chemical toilet� (NOTE:� rental of 33 portable toilets is equal to 1 JOB)� CLIN 0002: Pump and Restock, 1 JOB - Pump and cleaning of portable toilets.� Restock of toilet paper and fluids. See PWS for restocking schedule. CLIN 0003: Delivery, 1 JOB - Delivery to fort drum locations� CLIN 0004: Pickup, 1 JOB - Pick up from fort drum locations�� (NOTE:� Exact location and placement of portable toilets will be provided to the sucessful offeror at the time of award) All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 7 June 2022 to Alyssa Jackson at Alyssa.s.jackson7.mil@army.mil.
