Ft. (ABOA): 55,324 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 58,090 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 54 Parking Spaces (Surface): 54 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 54 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: Two 5-year option terms Additional Requirements: Building must allow dogs in kennels Space must not be on ground floor or top floor Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
