- Corrected/revised solicitation from Amendment A00003 uploaded. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of amendment A00003 is to provide responses to RFIs received, revised solicitation, and SOW. See attachments for further details. Proposal due date remains unchanged. _____________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of amendment A00002 is to extend the proposal due date. The proposal due date is hereby extended from 30 May 2022 to 08 June 2022. Proposals must be received before 3:00pm MDT. No other changes noted. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of amendment A00001 is to correct the site visit dates cited on page 1 of the solicitation. Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on 12 May 2022 @ 9:00am CST Name of individuals who plan to attend site visit must be submitted by 11 May 2022 @ 10:00am CST Pre-Bid questions are due by 10 May 2022 @ 10:00am CST After site visit questions are due by 20 May 2022 @ 4:00pm CST The site visit will be held at USIBWC Lower Rio Grande Field Office 325 Golf Course Road Mercedes, TX 78570 No further changes are noted. There is no change to the proposal due date. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing a Solicitation (negotiated) for the design and construction (design-build) of the new Administration Building within the USIBWC�s Lower Rio Grande Flood Control Project, in Mercedes, Hidalgo County, Texas.� This new building shall replace the existing Mercedes Main Office Building. The existing building was constructed in the 1970�s and is located within the Mercedes Field Office compound. The existing building is no longer functional with respect to building codes, office space, needed technological improvements, and mechanical improvements.
