- This is Phase 2 to Solicitation W9126G22R0049. Three Existing Hammer Head Barracks (B10020, B10021, and B10022) will be renovated at Fort Hood, TX. Barracks B10020 and 10021 will be the base bid with B10022 as a bid option.
