No other changes.� Please ensure to sign and submit ""Amendment 0001"" along with your proposals. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Greater Southwest Region 7, Acquisition Management Division, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the repair/restoration of the Bankruptcy Courthouse area that was damaged due to a water leak. This project consists of multiple historical areas that will need to be repaired. The offeror would be required to have previous experience with historical restoration. Location of this project is at 300 West 2nd Street, Little Rock, AR 72201. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The estimated construction cost magnitude for all work under this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 Million. All responsible, qualified firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The source selection process and criteria will be based on the Best Value trade-off methodology. A site visit will be conducted April 4, 2022, at 9:30 AM CST. Details pertaining to the virtual proposal and site visit meeting are enclosed in the solicitation.�Interested firms are encouraged to attend site-visit. The solicitation closing date will be April 22, 2022, at 4:00 PM CST. No telephone requests for documents will be accepted. This solicitation is not a sealed bid and there will not be a formal public bid opening.
