- This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Part 14 and 19.� This acquisition is a 100%�Set-Aside to Small Businesses.� The applicable NAICS Code is 237990 � Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million.� The Product Service Code is Z2BC � Repair or Alteration of Radar and Navigational Facilities.����� The United States Coast Guard, Civil Engineering Unit Providence (USCG CEUP), has a shore infrastructure requirement for the Repair of ATONs at various U.S. Coast Guard, First District sites in Massachusetts Bay.� Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal required to complete repairs to the ATON assets listed below.� The Project consists of a Base Bid to repair ATON asset locations A, B, C, D & E, and three (3) option items at ATON asset locations F, G, & H.� Base Bid A. Londoner Rock Daybeacon (LLNR 315) B. Boston Main Channel Light 5 (LLNR 10890) C. Weymouth Fore River Channel Light 16 (LLNR11715) D. Harry�s Rock Light HR (LLNR 11675) E. Cohasset Channel Light 8 (LLNR 12185) Option Items F. Whaleback Daybeacon 8 (LLNR 9990) G. Brimbles Daybeacon (LLNR 10405) H. Satan Rock Daybeacon 6 (LLNR 10395) The estimated price range of this Project is between $2,000,000 and $4,000,000. A solicitation for this requirement will be posted, along with the specifications and drawings, to SAM.gov on or about 16 June 2022.� Sealed bidding procedures, in accordance with FAR Part 14, will be utilized.� The tentative date set for bid opening is Tuesday, 19 July 2022 at 2:00p.m., local time Warwick, RI.� Bids must be valid for a minimum of 60 days. The period of performance is 330 days for the base bid and up to 450 days, if all options are exercised. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issue on this website: �http:/SAM.gov.� Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov.� Offerors are required to acknowledge all amendments with their bids.
