Description

This is a proposed acquisition for Portable Receivers to be delivered to Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi 39534. The solicitation will be posted on the contract opportunities website sam.gov on or about 2 June 2022. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 334419 and the size standard is 750 employees. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price contract as result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from SAM since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD Agency. Registration may be accomplished at sam.gov. Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered by this organization. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received on or before the offer due date specified on the solicitation will be considered by the government. **Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.**
