- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Commodities & Services Acquisition Service (CSAS), 555 Corporate Circle, Golden, CO 80401, has a requirement to provide Blood Pressure Monitors for Home-Use to Veterans. This requirement includes the personal blood pressure monitor unit and cuff. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with the size standard of 1000 employees. To take advantage of business opportunities with the Department of Veterans Affairs, you must register your firm with the System for Award Management at SAM.gov AND in the VetBiz database if applicable, (VetBiz registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Registration is free and potential contractors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contract can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM. The VA intends to award One (1) Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resulting award will consist of a one-year (1) base with four (4) option years. Any award will be made using the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) as described in FAR 15.101-2. This requirement will be solicited as a Full and Open procurement that will consider price and technical acceptability in the award decision. Any amendments applicable to this solicitation will be posted at the same site.
