- Solicitation # HHSNIHOPCSBSS-22-008292 Date Posted ���6-1-2022 Date Closed����� 6- 8- 2022 This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC),Depatment of Laboratory Medicine Department (DLM) intends to solicit a quote and enter into firm-fixed price Reagent Supplies, with AB SCIOEX LLC. The Sciex Triple Quadrupole systems will be covered under the Sciex Assurance and Software Plus Plans has two Sciex 6500 Triple Quadrupole instruments that are used to perform clinical and research tests.� Performing annual Preventative Maintenance Service for the instruments and their LC equipment will guarantee the proper operation of the Mass Spectrometer and uninterrupted service to the LIPs The purpose of this acquisition is to place a mechanism to ensure that the Sciex instruments get the necessary maintenance and repairs when required at a minimum cost to the Government. The Sciex Triple Quadrupole systems will be covered under the Sciex Assurance and Software Plus Plans, which includes: Assurance Plan 1PM Guaranteed 2 business day onsite response time for remedial repairs Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, labor and travel required for remedial repairs 1 Assurance PM visit including PM kits, per contract year. Fixed priced services discount up to 25% On-site workflow support and troubleshooting SCIEX Now Learning Hub and knowledge base premium access Instant workflow phone support during normal business hours and Software Plus Plan Priority access to phone and online software support �Discounts on related services This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements of Part 6. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Comments to this announcement, referencing this posting number, may be submitted to the CC, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, prior to the closing date, June 8, 2022 at 12:00 EST specified in this announcement, electronically to the attention of Priscilla Abalos, Contract Specialist, Priscilla.abalos@nih.gov by the due date and time marked in this notice.
