- ***Please read and adhere to the attachments in this RFQ. This requirement is a set aside for small businesses only. If there are any questions please contact Cynthia Scharnowske, Contract Specialist Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA via email cynthia.e.scharnowske.civ@mail.mil No Phone calls regarding this solicitation will be taken only email. All interested vendors, for your bid to be considered submit a quote of your product with descriptions and or item part numbers for evaluation but also fill out and submit section A of this RFQ. Filling out section B of this solicitation and submitting it with only pricing of the items does not suffice as a bid for evaluation purposes. Failure to comply will disqualify your bid, as the information in section A along with a viable quote is required, along with an up to date SAM registration. All interested vendors who submit a bid are responsible for following directions by filling out and submitting the necessary articles being asked in this posting for your bid to be considered. �It is not the responsibility of the Contract Specialist to follow up with what the vendor is missing upon submission. All interested vendors upon submission of an offer, invoices of at least 2 are required from either private or public institutions of these products. Refer to section B, C, and H for product information and salient characteristics of this RFQ for details concerning base access and requirements needed to fulfill solicitation. Only offers for ALL requirements will be considered. �All responses must be received by Thursday 02 May 2022 at 0700AM eastern standard time. ***This is an all or nothing solicitation, brand name or equal based on salient characteristics. Questions concerning this request for Quotation shall be submitted, via email to Cynthia.e.scharnowske.civ@mail.mil before 7:00am, Eastern Standard Time, 2nd May 2022 to allow sufficient time to respond. A:�The size is listed in Section C �Salient Characteristics� of the RFQ. Q:�Can you please confirm if you need a portrait or landscape orientation? A: Landscape would probably be better. Q: File is missing can you share the picture/drawing. A:�If you go to the attachments in Beta Sam you will see an attachment for MSW White Board Design. Q: Are�the white boards are magnetic? A:�Yes, the whiteboards are magnetic. Q: Are the white boards digitally imprinted boards? A:�No, they aren't digitally imprinted boards. Q:�Aluminum framed? A:�Yes, they are aluminum framed. Q:�With or without a marker tray? A:�No, to the marker tray.� Q:�1. The product that will be provided does not require a film on it to meet your requirement. All other specifications will be met. Is that acceptable? 2. The hardware is built in for security installing. There is no need for corner clips to secure the boards to the wall. Is that acceptable.�� A: Yes, both are acceptable.
