This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 1.A. Project Title: VA Prescott Healthcare System Commercial Floor Care Equipment 1.B. Project Location: VA Prescott Healthcare System- 500 North Hwy 89, Prescot, AZ 86313 1.C. Solicitation Type - Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) - 36C26222Q0994 1.D. Set Aside: This solicitation is 100% set aside for SDVOSB 1.E. Applicable NAICS code: 333318 Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing 1.F. Small Business Size Standard: 1,000 employees 1.G. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price 1.H. Period of Performance: 4 weeks from Award 2. Key solicitation milestones are: 2.A. Submit any questions regarding this procurement via email to hestia.sim@va.gov no later than 10am Pacific Time Monday, June 6, 2022.
