- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140F0922Q0045 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date is within 5 days after the close of this announcement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number: 2022-06, Effective Date: 05/26/2022. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 326199 All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation.
