Description
1. Objective. The objective of this statement of work is to obtain the appropriate number of heater meals to facilitate 389 soldiers� breakfast and dinner meals during annual training. 2. Specific tasks. The specific tasks are as follows: a. The contractor is required to deliver heater meals as follow, 108 cases of �""BREAKFAST MEAL KIT: (2) Cereals, Milk, Honey Almond Bar, Granola Berry Crunch, Fruit Cup,� Cookie, Juice, and Cutlery Kit , ��54 cases of� ""ASSORTED CASE MEAL KITS: Includes (6) each of MO35 - BBQ Beef, MO36 - Tuna Salad,� and MO37 - Chicken Salad, and Cutlery Kit, 54 cases of� ""ASSORTED CASE MEAL KITS:���� Includes (6) each of MO19 - Peanut Butter & Jelly, MO22� Southwest Chicken, and MO28 - Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, and Cutlery Kit. Delivery for USPFO-DOL. i. All HEATER MEALS must be delivered and NLT 13 June 2022. ii. On date/time of delivery, customer to provide representative in person to receive delivery. iii. Inventory of heater meals to be conducted upon delivery. v. Initial Schedule: Deliver All HEATER MEALS must be delivered NLT 13 June 2022 at CSD warehouse, 580 North St. Windsorlocks, CT ATTN: 192nd MP BN , CW Berube, Nicholas. 3. Qualification requirements. a. Heater meals delivery provided must be professional and environmentally responsible. b. Heater meals must be sealed. c. All work must be performed under sanitary conditions. d. The contractor must be open for inspection of conditions at any time by a representative of the CTARNG unit representative, and the CTARNG representative reserves the right to perform or cause to have performed any test necessary to determine the sanitary condition of the articles delivered by the contractor. e. The contractor must provide his own vehicle(s) for delivery and they must be always maintained in safe operating condition. The contractor must establish routes as to gain access to the base through Camp Hartell guidelines. f. Contractor personnel must adhere to standards of conduct as established by the installation commander. g. At no time will contractor personnel purchase any items from the local economy for any soldier in training. h. Contractor must adhere to all current installation security policies. i. The contractor must be responsible for safeguarding all government property (e.g. Uniforms) provided for contracted purposes. At the close of each work period, government facilities, property and materials must be secured. j. The 192nd MP BN will not provide any equipment, fuel, personnel, utilities or facilities to the contractor for the execution of this contract. k. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: In the event that 192nd MP BN representative is not satisfied with the heater meal deliver or the service provided, the contractor must provide the same service(s) again at no charge.
