- This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a Market Survey.� The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is issuing this Market Survey for the purpose of assessing potential sources that are interested in and capable of performing the Government�s requirement as the prime contractor to provide Post Deployment System Support (PDSS) for the Global Combat Support System � Marine Corps (GCSS-MC). No solicitation document exists, a solicitation is not being prepared and there is no planned solicitation release date.� This request is for market survey information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Quote (RFQ), or any other indication that the Government will contract for the requirement described within the RFI.� Responses to the RFI cannot be accepted by the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) to form a binding contract.
