Description
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOST AN INDUSTRY DAY THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY.� The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is currently conducting market research. This is NOT a solicitation or pre-solicitation, and this notice does not guarantee that a solicitation will be released in the future or as an obligation on the part of the MCC. Currently, no solicitation exists. MCC is seeking industry comments and feedback on the Performance Work Statement for Learning Management System Configuration and Support Services. MCC will host a Virtual Industry Day on Wednesday June 22, 2022 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm EST.� The Virtual Industry Day will be accessed via WebEx using the link below. If you are interested in attending the Virtual Industry Day, and wish to reserve a seat, please register on Eventbrite, link here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mcc-vendor-collaboration-opportunity-tickets-353922470637 ______________________________________________ You can register no later than 5 PM EST, June 17, 2022.� Your registration must include the names of attendees from your company, job titles, and email addresses. �MCC intends to limit the number of participants to two (2) per company.� Everyone must register separately in order to receive login instructions. If there are any issues, please send an email to HRLMS@mcc.gov. Registration requests received after 5 PM EST on June 17, 2022 will not be considered.� There is no registration fee for this event.� Participation in the Industry Day is neither mandatory nor is it a requisite to future participation by a contractor in any future solicitation for these services. ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS MCC requests that vendors thoroughly review the draft requirement prior to Industry Day and submit a maximum of 3 questions by COB Wednesday, June 15, 2022 in order for the questions to be included in the Q&A.� A chat link will also appear in WebEx where you may send questions to if there are additional questions.� The facilitator will try to answer the additional questions if time permits, but there is no guarantee they will be answered. All correspondence must be sent to HRLMS@mcc.gov. In your response, please provide your company name, address, telephone number, point of contact name (including contact information), company size, and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) number. A capability statement is optional.� Your responses to the 20 questions contained in the RFI Package will be due after Industry Day.� MCC will allow vendors to have fourteen (14) days after Industry Day to complete and submit the responses to the questions. MCC will not transcribe the Industry Day content but will publish any PowerPoint presentation that is shared during the event via an amendment to this posting.� At its discretion, MCC may record the Industry Day and include important questions/issues that arise as part of a Questions & Answers document, which is expected to be posted to this announcement. ***The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this Industry Day.*** Responders to this RFI will not automatically be notified if a solicitation is issued; therefore, interested parties should be vigilant in looking for and must respond to any official solicitation announcement when/if it is posted on SAM.gov.
