Description: This project is a joint-managed project between The Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians and Indian Health Service (IHS). The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and permits necessary for the installation of an individual water treatment system for an existing well. The well is approximately 285 feet deep and has a yield of 85 gallons per minute.
