- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION M00264-22-RFI-0219 Enterprise Level Social Media Suite � The Marine Corps Installations, National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA is seeking information on behalf of� Marine Corps Defense Media Activity. CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS:� Marine Corps Installations � National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR RCO), located on Marine Corps Base, 2010 Henderson Road, Quantico, VA 22134 INTRODUCTION: The Marine Corps Defense Media Activity requires the continuing capability for a unified internet-based, real-time enterprise social and digital media analytics, assessment, engagement, governance, management, montitoring, planning, publishing, reporting, and workflow service. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for a unified internet-based, real-time enterprise social and digital media analytics, assessment, engagement, governance, management, monitoring, planning, publishing, reporting, and workflow service that supports, at a minimum, Facebook, Flickr, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, RSS feeds, Tumblr, Twitter, WordPress, and YouTube. Feeds need to have flexible capabilities that allow them to be added, modified, suspended, and removed by Communication Directorate (CD) users. The service must be expandable to allow the addition of emerging social media platforms that become mainstream during the period of performance. The platform must be an enterprise solution that allows multiple CD accounts to monitor 30 million mentions during a 12-month period of performance and conduct unlimited searches and data calls using unlimited dashboards accessed concurrently. Searches conducted (including Boolean searches) must have the ability to be saved and pull real-time analytics as well as up to six months of historical data. The data must be exportable. Please respond to the following concerns: your technical comments/recommendations on elements of the �DRAFT� requirement document that may contribute to a more comprehensive requirement.� is this draft specification appropriate as a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract type? Please provide comments/recommendations of appropriate contract types. suggestions on how to define objectives to provide industry with a clear understanding of the requirement. suggestions on metrics that would help industry to propose pricing and would assist the Government further defining this requirement. the NAICS Code anticipated for this requirement is currently 541519- Other Related Computer Services; however, please provide suggestions for other NAICS Codes that may be more appropriate if any. are there any potential risks related to performance or cost given this specification? If so, please identify and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.� Identify any condition or actions that may influence or restrict the ability to have fair and open competition with respect to this acquisition.
