- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to remove and legally dispose of the existing vinyl siding, insulation, and underlayment, entry door, and garage door and install new building wrap system, flashing, vinyl siding system, garage door and entry door on the West Hill Dam Garage #5, as well as removing and disposing of existing steel entry door and installing new entry door and frame at the West Hill Dam Gatehouse for the purpose of facility maintenance. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238170 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
