Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and capable contractors to submit offers for a vertical platform lift replacement project at FAA's Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located in Anchorage, Alaska. This procurement is being set aside for a small business. The NAICS code for this project is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors, which has a small business size standard of $19.5 Million. Work included in project: Remove the existing enclosed vertical platform lift and replace with a lift similar in�kind that will meet current standards. Work involves adjusting wall openings and�upgrading existing electrical connections, as needed, and all required tests and�certifications of the system. All work to conform to the International Building Code.
