- In support of the Joint Strike Fighter F-35 Tool Control Program, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst has a requirement to procure IDSC Holdings LLC, doing business as Snap-On Industrial Corp. (Snap-On) brand name toolboxes through a five (5) year, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under a limited competition between Snap-On, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and its authorized distributors.
