Description: This prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a concession visitor center and campground special use permit. �A permit to provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of Government-owned recreation facilities located within the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests, will be issued. �The offering includes 5 sites with an average gross revenue of $2,295,843.67. �A site visit is scheduled on June 23, 2022 with a contingency date of June 28, 2022. RSVP is required with the USFS at SM.FS.CONF_prosp@usda.gov by June 17th, 2022. Applicants should email SM.FS.CONF_prosp@usda.gov regarding any questions related to this prospectus by July 19th, 2022.
