- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with MTA Bridges and Tunnels, 2 Broadway - 23rd Floor, New York, NY 10004, for the procurement of EZ Pass for official Government vehicles (EZ Pass Tags & Tolls).� Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.��The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 488490, Other Support Activities for Road Transportation with a size standard of $7.5 Million. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� This announcement is issued for notification purposes only. Any interested party that believes have the capability to meet this requirement, as described herein, may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability no later than 4:00 PM ET, June 10, 2022. Responses must be submitted in writing via e-mail to darrin.obannon@usss.dhs.gov no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
