- Description
- The Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR), http://ncifrederick.cancer.gov/, is currently seeking information on an Emergency Communications - Critical Event Management software solution. The FNLCR is a Health and Human Services (HHS) Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), a Government Owned Contractor Operated Facility. Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc., referred to as LBR, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, Inc. currently provides Operations and Technical Support for the FNLCR under prime contracts 75N91019D00024 and HHNS2612015000031. The provisions and clauses contained herein and attached to any future agreements are influenced by and reflect the relationship of the parties in the prime contract agreements, which was awarded and are administered under the provision of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). There is no privity of contract between the Seller of the Contract Management Software solution and the Government. This RFI is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and SHALL NOT be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation to purchase or otherwise contract on the part of LBR. Based on responses received by LBR, the company may issue a formal request for proposal to qualified responders. Responses Respondents must include the following information when responding to the RFI: 1) A complete overview of the solutions with capability statements addressing the objectives, information requested and assumptions. 2) Provide company name, DUNS number, company address, company points of contact, phone, fax and e-mail address. POCs should include those who are duly authorized in managing all contractual issues and/or questions. 3) ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED ELECTRONICALLY by 1700 EST on�Friday, 24 June 2022 to Josh Wynne, Subcontracts Manager at josh.wynne@nih.gov.
