- *Visit 'https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=W912WJ22R0011' to obtain more details.* The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for In-situ Thermal Remediation (ISTR) effort at the Former Nike Battery and Disaster Training Village Area, Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS). This procurement is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for the work described below is 562910 with a size standard of 750 people. This is being solicited as a best value request for proposal, firm-fixed priced Single Award Task Order Contract IDIQ with a seed Task Order. The IDIQ capacity will be $25,000,000. Any responsible source meeting the required standards may submit a proposal to be considered by the New England District. This project consists of pre-remediation design and execution of an in-situ thermal remediation (ISTR) within the FUDS Source Area to reduce the mass contamination of CVOCs contributing to the downgradient groundwater plume. Task orders must be issued within the five (5) year period-of-performance. Under this contract the successful offeror will be required to provide the equipment and materials required to complete the Seed Task Order. Neither telephonic, mailed, nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation, bidders must access the System for Award Management website (SAM.gov). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the New England District.
