Description

Synopsis for SPE603-22-R-0509 DFSP Pt. Loma, CA Environmental Restoration, Compliance, and Facility Maintenance Services The Defense Logistics Agency - Energy (DLA Energy) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) within the next 30 days. The solicitation will be published electronically on the Contract Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/. Interested companies responding to the solicitation will be required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). This pre-solicitation notice announces the upcoming solicitation SPE603-22-R-0509 for environmental compliance, environmental restoration, and environmental facility maintenance services at Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) Point Loma, CA to include operation and maintenance of existing remedial systems, facility groundwater monitoring and reporting, data management services and professional services (project management and technical support). �This is a follow-on pre-solicitation notice to the sources sought notice SPE60322RX02. The period of performance is a four-year period, December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2026, with a six-month extension provision of December 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) firm fixed-price contract. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS code 562910 (size standard of 750 employees). This is not a Request for Proposal or a promise by the Government to pay for information received in response to this synopsis or any subsequent announcement. This information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
