Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Serbia will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. The Government has a requirement for a contractor to provide health insurance services to approximately 350 employees of the Government of the United States of America in the Republic of Serbia. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. � � The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable proposal at the lowest price.� We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. � � All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov� prior to proposal submission pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. � The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: � https://rs.usembassy.gov/embassy/belgrade/solicitations-and-public-auctions/procurement/ https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
