Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-22-Q-0015 as a Request for Quote (RFQ).� 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP)�procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). 3) CLIN 0001� � � Fire Extinguisher Servicing� � �1 Job 4) The following commercial service is detailed below. 4a)�7 - 150 lb. (Class BC) Buckeye wheeled units - 12 year maintenance on the dry powder and nitrogen tanks.� 2 - 30 lb. (Class D) 30 lb. 12 year hydrostatic testing. 2 - Halortron yearly inspection 2 - ABC yearly inspection 1- ABC 10 lb. ABC hydrostatic testing. b) The Requiring activity prefers that the services be conducted on site.� c) Some of the Extinguisher's Serial Numbers have been weathered off and are no longer Identifiable.� 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26�within attachement 3 must be reviewed and checked.� 6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. 7) Quotes are due at 4:00 p.m. local (eastern) time on 17 June 2022.�Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.p.williams52.civ@army.mil.� 8) Attachments: 1 - 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items 2 - Wage Determination 3- Applicable Clauses
