- Amendment No.1 is issued to extend the due date on this RFQ from 5/20/22 to 5/25/22.� No other changes. Amendment No.2�is issued to the RFQ in hopes a vehicle can be found and delivered prior to 9/30/22 if possible.� See Below Amendments to the attached SOW: In the section for ""Tank"" on line 16 can we change� From: There will be a covered meter box, directly under the canopy of heavy-duty aluminum or stainless steel with doors and positive closing pin latches with recessed locking �D� ring handles or equivalent.� To: If practical, a covered meter box may be furnished, directly under the canopy of heavy-duty aluminum or stainless steel with doors and positive closing pin latches with recessed locking �D� ring handles or equivalent.� In the section for ""Tank"" on the first line can we change� From: Single compartment tank manufactured to DOT 406 specifications� To: Single compartment or multiple compartment tank manufactured to DOT 406 specifications� In the section for ""Safety Supplies"" Please add: Backup camera- Heavy duty CCD camera with 150 degree wide angle view and auto infrared for night vision. Stand alone 7"" TFT LCD color monitor mounted in cab, or equivalent. In the section for ""Chassis"" Please change from: 2023 or newer International � Please change to: 2023 or newer, severe duty truck chassis, capable of supporting the supplied tank, cargo, and equipment.� Equivalent to Freightliner 122SD or International HV607 Quotes are due on or before 6/9/22 This is an RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory, herewith solicits your proposal for the purchase of (International Commercial Fuel Truck per the attached Statement of Work (Enclosure D) or its equivalent) as more fully described in the Solicitation (BG414956) dated 5/11/22.�� Please confirm (via e-mail) receipt of this request and if your company will be participating.
