- Obed Wild and Scenic River This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140P5322Q0029 issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses attached are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This Service requirement for the Obed Wild and Scenic River Wartburg, TN. Required Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to complete the following survey work for the The purpose of this survey is to identify the severance line for the park in up to nine tract sections. The surveyor shall be licensed in the state of Tennessee. This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Business in accordance with FAR Subpart 19-502-2, and only qualified offeror's may submit a quote. The North American Industry Classification System; The NAICS code is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services Size Standards in millions of dollars $16.5. 541360 Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services $16.5 Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have completed the on-line Representations & Certifications at www.sam.gov to qualify for award. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their Proposal. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. The government reserves the right to award none, any or all of the options items in any order. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor.
