- The CH-53 PMA-261 program has a requirement for Depot Level Modifications. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopter Program Office (PMA-261) intends to competitively solicit and award a CH-53 Depot Level Modifications Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to a Small Business.
