- The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to respond to vendor inquiries. The quotes are due 6/8/22 at 4:30pm. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Questions & Answers Is installation of these chairs required? If so Midmark does offer MDS (Midmark Delivery Services) that includes installation for an extra charge. Yes this will require delivery. Will removal of the old chairs be required? This is also available through Midmark at an additional charge if removal of the chairs is on-site. Yes removal of old chairs will be needed. Will support rails be needed for these chairs? No support rails required. Will there be top quantities and color selection? Yes upholstery tops are required. 28"" Seamless - Ultrafree Latte.
