- Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine the availability of vendors that are capable of providing transportation, storage, delivery and quality assurance of Navy-owned JP-5 product in support of a proposed U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command (USNAVSO), U.S. FOURTH Fleet (FOURTHFLT) concept of operation (CONOP) for delivery of bulk JP-5 to San Juan/Ponce, PR for subsequent distribution into Navy ships as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment.� DISCLAIMER: This is a sources sought notice for Market Research purposes ONLY.� This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid.� This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.� Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.� No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement.� Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. �This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government�s minimum requirements.� Telephone calls will not be accepted.� Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing.�
