- Description
- Provide design build services to construct parking on the south side of the Range Communications Facility, 49634. Design will construct 38 new parking slots. Use the file �DBEH 17-1572, Construct Additional Parking, RCF�, as the concept which contains the features to design to. Those features include a large truck turnaround (backup) pavement, and a pavement markings pattern to accommodate the turning radius of a large semi-tractor trailer. The designer must modify the current design and stormwater permit to account for the large turning radius required. A stormwater permit from St John�s River Water Mgt District (SJRWMD) for the unchanged portions of this design is current. A State of Florida Professional Engineer will accomplish design modification and advocate a supplement to the current stormwater permit in order to enable construction, and to accommodate the semi-tractor trailer access to the facility loading dock on inside of fenced area.� Please see attached Statement of Work.
