- This Special Notice is issued to engage with Industry to provide insight and feedback for the acquisition of ubiquitous Wi-fi for Dyess AFB. Please refer to the attached specification document for technical details. �The 7th Communication Squadron will be hosting an Industry Day from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm CST, on 18 May 2022. The event will consist of a requirement overview brief, site visit, and questions and answers session. If your company is interested in participating, a request must be submitted to Dwight Williams, dwight.williams.7@us.af.mil no later than 5:00 pm CST, 4 May 2022. The request must provide the company name, primary Point of Contact�s (POC) name, title, email, and phone number. An alternate POC may be identified. There is a limit of 3 representatives per company in attendance. A copy of the Industry Day presentation will be submitted to the identified POC(s). Additionally, the Government would like interested vendors to submit initial questions that may be pertinent in their preparation for Industry Day. Please submit all initial questions in writing to Dwight Williams, dwight.williams.7@us.af.mil no later than 5:00 pm CST, 4 May 2022. All answers will be posted as an amendment to this announcement on or before 12 May 2022. This is NOT a solicitation. Dyess AFB is NOT requesting or accepting proposals. �However, for market research purposes, the Government is requesting interested vendors submit a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) based on information obtained from Industry Day. Desired ROM submission dates will be posted as an amendment to this announcement after Industry Day. The ROM and information provided and/or gathered from this Industry Day will assist in requirement development
