- UPDATE:� The Q&A, Draft PWS and projected workload is uploaded.�� UPDATE:� The Q&A are still being worked, but due to the large number of Questions, it's taking the Government a little longer to answer than anticipated.� The Q&A's will hopefully be posted within another 2-3 weeks.�� CFT INDUSTRY DAY The Contract Field Teams (CFT) office at Tinker AFB will host a virtual Industry Day event for the upcoming follow-on CFT contract from 08:00 CST on April 27, 2022 to April 29, 2022 at 4:45 CST via Microsoft Teams.� Each contractor that signs up for a one-on-one session with the Government is required to submit a capabilities statement by 4:00pm CST April 22, 2022.� The Capabilities Statement will be discussed during the one-on-one sessions with the Government.� If you have any specific questions that you want addressed, please submit them to the PCO, Jennifer Russ by 4:00pm CST April 22, 2022.� CFT SCOPE The CFT Program Office supports multiple customers by providing timely and high quality maintenance augmentation for fielded active weapon systems worldwide.� These CFTs can perform modification, organizational/intermediate/depot maintenance, inspection and repair of active systems in the US Government inventory, such as aircraft: fixed-wing, rotary-winged and drone; vehicles; aerospace equipment; missile systems; subsystems such as engines, communications and cryptologic equipment; and ground support equipment.� Efforts will include on-site Organizational level (O), Intermediate/Field (I), and Depot/Sustainment (D) level maintenance support at customer (government-owned or government-leased) facilities located both in the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).� All weapon systems supported under the CFT contract will be non-commercial and must have Government-owned technical data.� ONE-ON-ONE SESSION REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-Registration is mandatory in order to obtain an appointment for a one-on-one session.� All one-on-one sessions will take place from April 27, 2022 to April 29, 2022, for a period of no more than 45 minutes. If you are interested in the one-on-one session, please sign up at the link:� https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60B044CADAF2CA46-cftindustry.� It is mandatory that you sign up for a time slot to get a one-on-one session with the Government.� The slots are limited and will be on a first come first serve basis.� Once you sign up, please e-mail the PCO, Jennifer Russ, at jennifer.russ@us.af.mil stating that you signed up and include the following information:� ����������� Individual attendee's full name ����������� Individual attendee's e-mail address ����������� Company name ����������� Company Cage Code ����������� Telephone number ����������� Large or Small Business ����������� U.S. Citizen ����������� Identify whether your company is a U.S.-based firm along with the address of your U.S.-based headquarters. The government will then provide a link to the meeting along with a call-in number once you have signed up. The government does not anticipate using video for this meeting. The Government understands that the spaces for these one-on-one sessions are limited; therefore, participation in these one-on-one sessions is not required and will have no bearing on the follow-on source selection.� If you do not get a one-on-one session but have questions that you would like answered, please send them to the PCO, Jennifer Russ at jennifer.russ@us.af.mil by 4:00pm CST April 22, 2022.� These will be included in the Q&A that will be posted to SAM.gov within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the one-on-one sessions.� IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE CFT INDUSTRY DAY EVENT: This event is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or abstracts, and shall not be considered as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Attendance is strictly voluntary and the Government will not reimburse attendees/participants for any costs associated with attending. Any information submitted in conjunction with participating in this event is subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC � 552(a). The Government requests that no proprietary information be submitted in conjunction with this event, as the Government will not be liable for damages related to proprietary information submitted by contractor attendees. This event is closed to the media. The Industry Day information above is subject to change, re-scheduling, or cancellation. The Government will post updated information on the CFT Industry Day event as necessary.� Interested parties are responsible for staying informed, so it is important to visit SAM.gov periodically to review the most current information. The Government reserves the right to not respond to all questions received.� The Government will post all Questions and Answers to SAM.gov for public review within two weeks of the conclusion of the event.
