Description
This is a notice that the Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) and the Office of Program Management � Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG) are hosting an Industry Day and site visits in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for two upcoming procurements:� 1) Airfield Operations (AO) and 2) Aviation Institute of Training Division (AITD). The events included will be a meet and greet with industry, a brief of the AO and AITD requirements, an overview of the draft request for proposal for each requirement, site visits at Khashm Al An heliport/airfield and Dirab airfield, and one-on-one meetings with industry (if requested).� These events are tentatively scheduled for 31 July 2022 � 3 August 2022. The kickoff meeting location for the event will be provided no later than 14 July 2022. The draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for AO will be posted on or around 15 June 2022 and the draft RFP for AITD will be posted on or around 15 July 2022. The draft Performance Work Statement for each requirement will posted in the near future. The AO requirement includes providing all materials, training aids, supplies, office quarters, vehicles for use during duty hours, and qualified personnel to conduct Airfield Operations, airfield direct support services, and all associated On-the-Job Training throughout all the functional areas. AO includes Flight Operations; Air Traffic Control; Aircraft Crash, Fire, and Rescue Services; Air Navigational Aid (NAVAID) Support; Airfield Services; Fuels Specialist Fueling/Defueling; Airfield Management and Maintenance; and associated on-the-job training for Saudi Arabian Ministry of National Guard (MNG) students. The AITD requirement includes providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide Aviation Training and Aviation Support Services Training for rotary wing aircraft in support of the OPM-SANG Modernization Program and the MNG. AITD includes UH-60M, AH-64E, AH-6I, and MD-530 Maintenance and Pilot training, Flight and Non-Flight Aircrew Training and the build-up necessary for Airfield Operations and Support for those helicopters, Unit and Institutional Training, Logistics and Sustainment Training and Force Integration support to all echelons of MNG. In order to participate in these events, each company must email the following items to reid.a.drewes.civ@army.mil and lorraine.geren.civ@army.mil no later than 25 June 2022 at 1100 U.S. Central Time. Your company name, cage code, your registered North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE), �and the names of each individual attending (only three attendees per company is allowed) Which requirement your company is interested in U.S. citizen attendees - a copy of their passport Saudi Arabian national attendees - a copy of their national ID All other attendees - a copy of their Iqama. Visa Requirements - Please ensure you're up-to-date on the latest Visa requirements for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.� If you�re a US citizen and conducting official business, please research the Saudi requirements for performing official business. If you do not provide the information above as specified, you will not be allowed access to the event. Each attendee will be responsible for their own travel accommodations and transportation.
