Description

The overall purpose of the USAID Liberia Education Systems Strengthening Activity (the Activity) is to build a more capable education system that functions better at the county and district levels to drive, measure, and incentivize the delivery of quality and inclusive education by partnering with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and other development partners in the education sector. The Activity will support the Government of Liberia�s (GOL) education priorities by collaborating with the MOE to achieve the following results: 1) Evidence-based decision making increased, 2) Resource management improved, and 3) Accountability enhanced. The Activity will pursue these improvements in order to help the MOE to keep all children and youth in school and learning, especially marginalized and vulnerable learners such as students who are female, over-age, living in rural communities, and/or have a disability.
