East: South 2nd Street from West Pike Street to West Main Street. South: West Main Street from South 2nd Street to North Chestnut Street, West: North Chestnut Street from West Main Street to West Pike Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 55,443 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 55,443 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 40 Parking Spaces (Surface): 40 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 36 Full Term: Up to 20 years Firm Term: Up to 10 years Option Term: One (1), five (5) year option Additional Requirements: Reference project number: 0WV2072 �Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
