Description: The VA Medical Center Memphis is seeking to lease 33,901 rentable square feet (25,112 (ANSI/BOMA) of clinic space in Millington Tennessee for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The lease should be an existing building space. The space can be on adjacent levels. The space/building shall meet all current building, seismic, and ADA code requirements. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered, five (5) years firm and five (5) years non-firm.
