Amendment 0001 extends due date and provides an additonal site visit.� Register in advance promptly. Section A: �Provide additional site visit at 9:30 AM ET Wednesday 8 Jun 2022. Section A: �Extend due date for receipt of quotes to 2:00 PM ET Thursday 9 Jun 2022. Section C: �Increase scope of Work to include Room 403 (1,620 sq ft) and an additional 500 sq ft surface square footage in various locations.� Total surface square footage approximately 10,700 sq ft. Section J: �Provide revised drawing set (J-1), surface calculations worksheet (J-3), and additional lead sampling results (J-17). Section J: �Provide updated Wage Determination RI20220001 Mod 6 dated 27 May 2022 (J-10). Lead paint abatement and remediation.� See Section J for existing conditions.� Approximately 8,600 sq ft wall surfaces across 15+ rooms in 4-story vacant building.� Targeting 8 Sep 2022 completion date. Estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000. Site Visit: 9:30 AM ET Thursday 2 Jun 2022. �Register separately with both the NUWC Security and the NUWC Contracts Departments.��See Sections A, I, J, and L. Fill-ins, representations, and technical information required with proposal. �See Sections B, G, J, K, L and M. Method of Payment: Government Purchase Card. Include processing fee in CLIN 0001 price.
