- Solicitation for End Item(s): CH-47 Helicopter, NSN 2835-01-462-3974, PR 0093943500, Wheel Turbine Engine with Part Number 4503999.� NAICS 333611. This is an Unrestricted, firm fixed price definite quantity, other than full and open competition acquisition for 28 each.� Higher Level Quality System required. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Delivery Schedule: 270 days ADO. �Potential source: Raytheon Technologies Corporation, CAGE 55820. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� The request is for a written proposal.� Please submit offers to email robert.carey@dla.mil.� OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.� ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� The solicitation issue date is on or about June 20, 2022. �The closing date will be on or about July 20, 2022. �If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer in order to receive an award.� Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at HTTP://WWW.SAM.GOV.
