Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K0022Q0115 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-045 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220318. This solicitation is for an Autorefractor & Keratometer with Acuity System for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas. �Delivery will be estimated 30 days from award. �The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339115, with a size standard of 1000 employees. �This procurement is being conducted as a Total Small Business Set Aside. �All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Offers are due by 10 June 2022, at 1:00 PM, Central Standard Time. �The point of contact is Ms. Emerita Torres email emerita.torres.civ@mail.mil or mack.r.king.civ@mail.mil. �Questions shall be submitted via e-mail not later than 8 June 2022. �No questions will be entertained after this date.
