Description

�This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with�FAR Part 13 and Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;�quotations are �being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �This solicitation is a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 (JAN 2022) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 with a size standard of 1250. The NIH PET Department prepares multiple PET Drug products for the NIH clinic each day.� Each PET Drug is delivered to the PET Radiopharmacy in a sterile serum vials for subsequent patient dosing.� PLEASE ATTACHED EQUIPMENT LIST. �The purpose of this acquisition is the replacement of an existing Amercare ADD with a new Amercare improvements in both software/firmware and hard ware for the robotic system have been made. The solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any cost for the preparation and submission of a quote or proposal. Each response should include the following Business Information a. DUNS. b. Company Name, address, POC, Phone and Email address c. Current GSA Schedules or NAICS codes appropriate to this Award. d. Type of Company (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, hubZone, veteran owned, etc.) as validated in System For Award Management (SAM).
