Sources Sought: This is a request for information (RFI) and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Government to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information sought. Purpose:� The Indian Health Service (IHS) requests input from experts in the Water Well Drilling industry.� Refer to the attached statement of work (SOW). This project is to drill two 12-inch water wells for community drinking water on the Makah Reservation. The intent is to post the solicitation by the end of June 2022.
