Description
The 185th Air Refueling Wing (ARW) is currently seeking sources for a Fire Truck Water Pump. This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict 185th ARW to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by the 185th ARW to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with the Fire Truck Water Pump. Requirement: Fire Truck Ultra High Pressure Water Pump Lo/Hi Side in accordance with the below specifications. 0001 - Ultra High Pressure/Low Pressure Water Pump � 1 EACH Must be able to bolt up to existing Hale Ultra High Pressure gear box assembly (part number 504-00023-000) Must be compatible with existing Hale 4HPS Pump Assembly (part number 501-00024-000) Must be Hydro tested at 1,000 psi and held for 5 minutes without leaks 0002 - Ultra High Pressure/High Pressure Water Pump � 1 EACH Must be able to bolt up to existing Hale Ultra High Pressure gear box assembly (part number 504-00023-000) Must be compatible with existing Hale 4HPS Pump Assembly (part number 501-00024-000) Must be hydro tested at 1,400 psi with no leaks Must be hydro tested at 1,600 psi with no leaks Must be hydro tested at 1,800 psi and held for 10 minutes without leaks 0003 - Pump Assembly Test � 1 JOB Line items 0001 and 0002 must be assembled on existing Government provided Hale gear box assembly (part number 504-00023-000) and the whole pump assembly must be tested at 1,000 psi for 10 minutes without leaks Firms responding to this sources sought notice are also requested to provide the 185th ARW with capability statements, which need to include at a minimum: -Company Name -Point of Contact Name, Title and Number -Registered in System for Award Management (Yes or No) -Business Status (8(a), Small, Hubzone, Woman-owned, etc.) -Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code -Capabilities statement should be submitted via e-mail to BOTH POCs listed within this announcement no later than 3 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on Friday, 17 June 2022. -SUBJECT of Email Responses: Must state ""Sources Sought, Sol.
