Description: Install cypher locks on approximately 160 doors within 50 facilities located at JBSA-Lackland and also�conduct an asbestos survey of all doors prior to installation and test for lead-based paint. This is a Request for Information. The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide all items/services listed below and the cost associated to acquire these specific items/services.
