Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for market research; to make the appropriate acquisition decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmith), small business size standard $22.0 million. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is seeking qualified manufacturers and/or authorized distributors of Closed Circuit Camera Television (CCTV) and Security Systems compatible with Pelco VideoXpert System for the Orlando VA Healthcare and Viera Outpatient Clinic. The requirement includes replacement of old system, installation and testing of new camera, equipment and hardware. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, DUNS Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. This must not be a generic line card but something that the government can positivity use to determine the procurement strategy of this requisition. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this notice shall be sent via email to Jessica.Kiser@va.gov, no later than 12:00 Hours (12:00 PM), Eastern Standard time, on June 9, 2022. Telephone and facsimile responses will not be considered. When responding via email ensure the subject line is titled with RFI# 36C24822Q1122- Orlando CCTV & Security System.
