Description

The United States Army intends to issue a modification to extend Nanavati Consulting�s commercial purchase order W91CRB-17-P-0003 for two months on a sole source basis to prevent a break in essential services and transition to a new contractor. This will allow performance to continue until 23 August 2022.� A Justification and Approval document will be prepared for the extension under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), Sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items This notice of intent is not a request for information. However, all capability statements received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. E-mail responses to Barbara Simmons at barbara.j.simmons48.civ@army.mil and include information about experience and corporate resources to indicate capability of providing these specialized services. Responses relating to this extension must be received by 12:00 PM EST on 21 June 2022.�
