Description

The Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal intends to negotiate on a single source basis with Siemens Government Technologies, Inc. the sole proprietor of the software, at 1881 Campus Commons Drive, Reston, VA 20191-1519. The following software will be installed at the United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Ground Vehicle Systems Center, 6501 E. 11 Mile Road, Warren, MI 48397: NX93100 NX Mach 3 Product Design 5 EA NX93100-MT NX Mach 3 Product Design - Maintenance 5 EA MG258625FL Capital Interactive Bnd SW1 EA MG258625FL-MT Capital Interactive Bnd SW - Maintenance 1 EA This notice of intent is not a competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation package will be publicly issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government whether to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�
