- EXIM Bank Washington, DC is providing a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to provide CMTS Cloud Services The Product/Service Code is 7A21.� The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541199 � All Other Legal Services which has a size standard of $14.0M.� Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. EXIM Bank Intends to award on a Sole Source Basis to a source�located in USA for CMTS Cloud Services .� The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources exist, and therefore, no Request for Quote (RFQ) is available.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all information received before the deadline will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon the responses received from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Anticipated Contract Type - Firm Fixed Price Description:� The procurement shall: 1. Provide COTS case management software (CMS) that meets the objectives and that is customizable by non-information technology personnel. 2. Provide hosted COTS CMS software that has agency FedRAMP Software as a Service (SaaS) authorization. This includes the implementation of all FedRAMP security controls, independent assessment conducted by an approved third-party assessment organization (3PAO), and the creation and submission of all required documentation. 3. The product must meet the technical requirements necessary to adhere to security requirements and system configurations requirements as necessary for the FedRAMP Software as a Service (SaaS) authorization.� See attached SOW.
